“2005 年境外培训机构座谈会”邀请函

各境外培训机构：

国家外专局定于2005 年3 月22 日至23 日在云南省昆明市召开“2005 年境外培训机构座谈会”（会后参加我局于3 月27 日至28 日在江苏省南京市召开的“2005 年中国国际人才交流大会”）。

召开本次会议的目的是：

一、总结2004 年出国培训工作，通报2005 年度出国培训工作的有关政策和原则。

二、听取境外培训机构的建议，针对目前出国培训存在的问题，共同探讨提高培训质量的措施。

三、公布2005 年度认定的境外培训机构，并换发境外培训机构资格证书。

现将有关事项通知如下：

  • 报名日期：请填好报名表（见附件），于2 月10 日前传真并email 知我司。
  • 会议费用：会务费人民币300 元，参观、食宿、交通等其他费用自理。
  • 报到日期：报到日期为3 月21 日。已领取资格证书的机构请携带证书报到。

Notice on Annual Registration Renewal

According to the announcement by the Department of Overseas Training (DOT), China State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs, all registered overseas training organizations for Chinese professionals are advised to provide its Annual Report 2004 and updated Contact information by November 15, 2004 for registration renewal. The U. S. –China Foundation for International Exchanges is pleased to be one of the coordinators entrusted by DOT to help collect the required information.

According to DOT the annual report for registration renewal shall include the detailed information of training programs conducted in 2004 and outcome and/or achievements.

For updated contact information please fill up the attached form.
