| The U.S.-China Foundation for International Exchanges (USCFIE) was established in 1985, a non-profit organization registered in San Francisco, California, USA. USCFIE has tax-exempt status under the Federal and California Laws. The Foundation are supported by and receive contributions from the companies, universities, institutions, non-profit organizations and individuals of both US and China. The Foundation has sponsored hundreds of exchange programs of volunteer assignments to China and training of Chinese professionals in US since 1986. All partners and participants have enjoyed the benefits from the achievements of these programs. |

美国美中国际人才交流基金会（The U.S.-China Foundation for International Exchanges）是一个独立的、从事国际人才交流和培训的非盈利机构，于1985年在美国成立，具有501c（3）法律规定免税的资格。其宗旨是，通过美中之间专业人才的交流与培训，促进两国的科技合作、贸易与技术转让，促进两国人民之间的友谊，促进中国的现代化建设。人才交流的重点领域包括科技、工业、农业、商业、金融、医疗、教育、文化等。自1986年以来，有2000多中国培训人员在基金会的支持下来美国高等院校、企业和政府机构进行培训，600多美国专家在基金会的支持下到中国的工厂、企业和政府机构进行咨询、讲学和交流。美中基金会的人才交流项目得到了中国国家外国专家局和中国国际人才交流协会的全力支持和协助，同时得到了美国著名国际公司以及友好人士的支持。基金会目前有工作人员3人，常务理事15人，其中美籍专家10人，中国籍5人。特聘美籍专家10人。基金会的地址为50 Encanto Ave, San Francisco, CA 94115。办公室电话为4155636982，传真为4159215839。基金会的网页为www.uscfie.org. |
