On August 5, Mr.Jianmin Jin and Mr.Hai Li visited the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA, http://www.apapa.org) and held talks with the founder & chair of Apapa, Mr.C.C.Yin. Both sides expressed wishes to setup coorperation in intruducing local experts of public management to China and acception and sponsor for professionals from China to take training programs of the same fields in US.

Professor Shu Geng,Faculty Assistant to the Vice Provost,University Outreach and International Programs,UC Davis and Herry Yin,younger brother to Mr. C.C.Yin and former Commissioner of California Commission for Economic Development, joined the discussion.

APAPA is a non-profit, non-partisan and grassroots organization founded in 2001 by C.C. Yin and a pioneering group of fellow civic-minded friends and community leaders with the primary mission of empowering Asian Pacific Islander (API) Americans in civic and public affairs through education, active participation, and leadership development, and it is growing rapidly in members and influence.
