Invitation to the 12^th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP)

Dear Sir or Madam,

The 12th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) will take place from 6th to 7th November2013, in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China. We warmly welcomed the Overseas Training Organizations certified by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs P.R. China (SAFEA) to participate in the conference. The matters concerned are listed as follows:

1. Conference Venue

Shenzhen Exhibition Center

2. Conference Arrangement

(1) Conference for Overseas Training Organizations will be held during the CIEP, Mr. Zhang Jianguo, Administrator of SAFEA, will attend the meeting and give a speech. Representatives of Overseas Training Organizations are invited to attend the meeting. The meeting will be held from 16:30 to 17:30 on 6th November, you can check General Conference Handbook for the information of the meeting room.

(2) Annual examination and registration of the year 2013 for the Overseas Training Organizaitions will be carried out during the Conference for Coordinating Overseas Training Programs, instead of CIEP, in March 2014,.

(3) Whether setting up a booth or not can be decided by your own demand. Special booth registration is not recommended.

(3) Please visit official website (www.ciep.gov.cn) and contact the organizing committee in Shenzhen for conference registration. Deadline for booth registration is 30th September, deadline for conference registration is 15th October.
