ON May 16th, the head of the International Executives Council(IEC), Prof. Richard Karplus,

visited the President of USCFIE, Jianmin Jin. They discussed about experts introduction 

last year and some new trends in exchanges of professional talents in the coming years. 

Both of them hoped and agreed to try some mechanism to meet with the outcoming demands 

on high grade experts besides maintaining the traditional cooperation in experts introduction. 

IEC, located in San Francisco,is a non-profit organization. IEC is committed to help developing 

countries through its experts personnel resources.It is also one of the experts organizations 

which is closely cooperated with State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs(SFEAF) of China.

 In 2012 IEC totally departured 16 experts to China.
