ON June 5 , three officers from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Prov.,China, visited Encinal Pharmaceuticals

Investment,LLC and its production factory.The President of USCFIE, Mr.Jianmin Jin,

accompanied the visit.Mr.Chengben Wang, CEO and President of the company, shew them

around the factory and explained the details of the production lines and key instruments.After the

isit,the three officers,namely, Feng Huiqing,director of High Talent Recommendation & Assessment

Department, Hangzhou Municipal Talent Service Bureau, Meng Xiaobin,deputy division chief of

Hangzhou Municipal Talents Affairs Office and Pan Xuedong,engineer of Hangzhou Municipal

Science & Technology Committee,held talks with Mr. Wang and introduced the preferential policies

on foreign experts and innovation projects landing in Hangzhou. They welcame Mr.Wang to pay an

on-site visit to Hangzhou and discuss the potential cooperations.
