Pre- notice of the 2014 Conference

for Coordinating Overseas Training Programs

Dear Sir or Madam,

The 2014 Conference for Coordinating Overseas Training Programs will take place from 4th to 5th March 2014, in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, the People's Republic of China.

We warmly welcomed friends from foreign experts affairs offices at all levels in China and the Overseas Training Organizations abroad. The matters concerned are listed as follows:

1. Conference Content

1）Coordinating the foreign experts affairs offices in China and the Overseas Training Organizations abroad to sign programs cooperation agreements。

2）Issuing certificates for newly recognized overseas training organizations.

3) Annual examination and registration of the year 2013 for the overseas training organizations.

2. Participants

(1) 1-2 from foreign experts affairs bureaus of different provinces or cities in China, 1 from foreign experts affairs offices of different ministries and departments of Chinese government.

2) Representatives of overseas training organizations.

3. Others

The conference venue, timetable and registration method will be published later in the formal notice on the official website of SAFEA http://www.safea.gov.cn.
