| 8/19/2013 | August 13, 2013 To Overseas Training Organizations Certified by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs P.R. China (SAFEA): According to the rules and regulations of overseas training organizations management and new requirements, in order to carry out the annual examination and registration of 2013 conducted by SAFEA, and make overseas training more effective and expertized, please provide the following relevant information and materials : First, refer to "2013 Annual Book of Overseas Training Organizations ", re-check the name, address, legal representative, contact person, telephone number and other basic information. If the legal representative or contact person has Chinese name, it should be marked in Chinese characters. Standardize the training advantage on the annual book by clarifying the specific professional direction or subject area, to avoid the vague and general words as "management", "industry", "agriculture", "technology", "economy", " civil service "," talent ". Each organization can list 3 training advantages at most. Second, submit a summary of training programs cooperated with China, including Chinese training groups, class teaching, field visits and logistic, training facilities and cases of key programs, issues in the process of invitation, training schedule, security between September 2012 to August 2013, and your advice and suggestions on overseas training. Third, submit the materials mentioned above to the overseas offices of the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP) before September 10, 2013. They would be used as the basis to consider whether your organization can be maintained as SAFEA’s partner in 2014. Those organizations, which none of CAIEP overseas office is in charge of, submit directly to the Department of Overseas Training of SAFEA before September 10, 2013. Overdue materials will not be accepted. Provide the "Application Form for Changing Information" (Attachment 1) if any information needs to change or supplement with the signature of legal representative.
