On April 23, President of the Foundation, Jianmin Jin(right 1),met with the visiting group from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Tianjin headed by Kong Changqi(middle),the general director of the bureau.Then they togather visited the headquarters of United States-China Exchange Council (USCEC) and had an instructive discussion with Patricia Gardner(right 2),Chief Advisor of Public Affairs & Board of Directors of USCEC and Tom Liu, Deputy Director of USCEC.The visiting group aimed to expand the cooperations with local organizations like USCEC in professional training and recruits of experts and technologies in the areas of economics, commerce, manufacturing, science and technology, trading, finance, health care, medical and others.
