Ⅰ.Brief introduction of China Cross-Straits Technology & Projects Fair
中国·海峡项目成果交易会（以下简称交易会）于每年6月18日至21日在中国东南沿海城市福建省福州市举办。交易会的主题是：
项目—技术—资本—人才交流合作。交易会致力于为中国企业与全球的项目、技术、资本、人才的对接合作提供交易平台。通过
这个平台，参会的中国企业可以找到自己所需的项目、技术、资本、人才，而全球的项目、技术、资本、人才也可以找到中国企
业合作。
China Cross-Straits Technology & Projects Fair （abbreviated as CSTPF）is held on June 18th to the 21th every year in Fuzhou, the
coastal city of southeastern China. The theme of the fair is communication and cooperation of Project- Technology- Capital- Talent. The
fair is aimed at providing a platform for direct communication and cooperation between Chinese enterprises and projects,technologies, capital and talents from all over the world. At the fair, Chinese enterprises will be able to find appropriate and needed projects, projects, technologies,capital and talents. Meanwhile, projects,technologies,capital and talents from all over the world will be able to find their
partners from Chinese enterprises.
交易会从2003年开始举办，由福建省人民政府与国家外国专家局、科技部、教育部、工业和信息化部、中国科学院、中国工程院
等十多个中央部门联合主办，每年一届，目前为止共举办了十届，在实现项目—技术—资本—人才的对接上成绩显著。如第十届
交易会共实现对接项目与人才5000多项，参会参展的总人数达到29万人次，参展参会的中国企业4万多家（大部分为福建企业，
涵盖各个行业、各个领域）。来自美国、澳大利亚、荷兰、日本、俄罗斯、德国、意大利及港澳台等55个境外国家和地区的机构
1500多家。
The year 2003 saw the first CSTPF which is held on yearly basis. Up to now, altogether 10 CSTPF have been successfully held in 10
successive years. With the People’s Government of Fujian Province as its executive sponsor, CSTPF is co-sponsored by 19 state-level ministries and administrations such as State Administration of Foreign Experts, Ministry of Sciences and Technology，Ministry
of Education, Ministry of Industry and Information, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering etc. The
convocation of the 10th CSTPF of 2012 has made remarkable achievements by successful matchmaking of over 5000 projects and
talents with Chinese enterprises. The 10th CSTPF brought together over 290,000 exhibitors and visitors from around the world. Over
40,000 Chinese enterprises(most from Fujian province and cover all kinds of fields) and over 1500 entities and organizations from 55
countries and regions were present at the fair.
第十一届交易会将于2013年6月18日至21日在中国福州举行。目前，各项筹备工作正在紧锣密鼓地进行。本届交易会将突出服
务福建省新型城镇化建设、产业结构调整、重点工程建设、战略性新兴产业发展以及闽台产业深度对接等领域。交易会组委会
竭诚欢迎国（境）外机构携带符合福建发展需要的高端项目和人才前来参加第十一届交易会活动。对前来参会参展的国（境）
外嘉宾，交易会组委会将努力为其提供良好的会务服务，让参会参展的国（境）外嘉宾通过这一平台，共谋合作与发展，实现
互利与双赢。
The 11th CSTPF is scheduled to be held on June 18th -21th 2013 in Fuzhou China. At present, all the preparation work of the fair is
going in full swing. The 11th CSTPF is aimed at promoting development of urbanization, industrial structure adjustment, key projects
construction,strategic emerging industries and in-dept industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. The 11th CSTPF warmly and sincerely welcome the participation of those overseas institutions and talents who wish to cooperate with Fujian enterprises.The organizing
committee of the fair is committed to offer fine service to participants and visitors and help them to establish mutual partnership with
Fujian enterprises,and thereby achieve mutual benefits as well as win-win results through the platform of the fair.
二、参会参展指南
Ⅱ.Guide for Attending the Fair
1、交易会举办的时间地点 Date & Venue
时间 Date：2013年6月18日-21日, June 18th –21th ,2013
地点Venue：中国福州海峡国际会展中心 Fuzhou Strait Conferecne & Exhibition Center, Fujian, China
2、交易会主要议程安排 Main schedule
6月16日或17日 June 16 or 17：到达福州 Check-in in Fuzhou of Fujian province,China;
6月18-21日 June 18：交易会参会参展,与福建企事业单位进行对接、洽谈以及交流合作。Participation&exhibition at the fair,meet and communicate with Fujianenterprises for mutual cooperation.
3、参会参展的程序
（1）希望与福建省企业进行人才交流合作的境内外机构或专家学者个人填写《国（境）外高端人才信息征集表》（见附件1），
希望与福建省企业进行项目、技术合作的境内外机构或专家学者个人填写《中国·海峡项目成果交易会项目成果征集表》（见附件2），
于2013年5月10日前将表格发送至电子邮件：87833950@163.com。

（2）交易会组委会审核以上资料后，组织工作人员在福建省内向广大企业推介境内外机构或专家学者个人填写的信息，促成
项目—技术—资本—人才之间的对接，并将对接的结果及时通知境内外机构或专家学者以做进一步的洽谈。
（3）与福建省企业达成初步对接合作意向的境内外机构或专家学者个人，我们将邀请到中国福州直接参加交易会活动，
与福建省企业做进一步的洽谈。
Participation application procedures
(1)Those who wish to have communication and cooperation of talents with Fujian enterprises,please
fill in and submit the annexed “Overseas High-end Talent’ Information Form”（see Annex 1）to
us at E-mail address: 87833950@163.com. Thoese who wish to have communication and cooperation of projects and technologies with Fujian enterprises,please fill in and submit the annexed “The Form of
Technological Innovation Collected for China Cross-Straits Technology and Projects Fair” （see Annex 2）
to us at E-mail address: 87833950@163.com.

(2)On receipt of the above form, we shall set to introduce and promote them to Fujian enterprises
well before the opening of the fair or during the session, so as to realize the successful
matchmaking between Fujian enterprises and overseas projects,technologies,capital and talents.Any development
of such matchmaking will be forwarded to overseas organizations and talents.
(3)Those who reach initial matchmaking with Fujian enterprises will be invited by us to attend the fair
from 17 to 21 June.
4、交易会提供的服务
（1）免费为境内外机构或专家学者个人提供展位及制作展板；
（2）为受邀请的境内外机构或专家学者提供6月17日-21日在福州参会参展方便；
（3）免费通过交易会主办方的信息渠道发布境外机构或专家学者信息；
（4）协助向福建省企业推介境内外机构或专家学者的项目、技术和人才信息，组织福建省企业参加合作洽谈；
（5）协助安排会后的项目考察及提供其它商务联络等服务。
Services provided by the Organizing Committee of CSTPF as follows:
(1)We provide exhibition booths and posters free of charge for those participants invited by us.
(2)We provide convenience and assistance to those participants for their participation in the fair,
such as free traffic communication,booking hotel for them.
(3)We provide free service of information publication through our channels for overseas institutions
and individual experts.
(4)We assist in introducing and demonstrating to Fujian enterprises those overseas institutions and
individual experts. We assist in inviting Chinese enterprises to participate in talks on cooperation at the fair.
(5)We assist in arranging business investigations and provide related business contacts services.
